The Samsung Be the First campaign asked fans to answer daily questions about the GALAXY S5’s features, ultimately unlocking a phone screen and giving fans the chance to own the very first Samsung GALAXY S5 in South Africa, without ever standing in
The campaign generated 1 500 000 online impressions, nearly 500 000 microsite views, and was shared 36 000 times on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ in just nine days. More importantly, the GALAXY S5 sold 80 000 units in the first month of its release in South Africa.
